Vehicle Dealership is looking to fill a position for a Warranty Clerk for their Service department Duties and responsibilities: Collaborating with Managers and technicians Fulfilling warranty requirements Solving warranty issues Monitoring defective products Maintaining records of customer details, and reporting of warranties Requirements: Experience as Warranty clerk within Service department Experience working within a Vehicle dealership and with a corporate brand Attention to detail, focused and excellent communication skills, Experience with motor industry systems such as Kerridge, Autoline etc. Motor industry experience specifically Grade 12 Clear criminal record
