Responsibilities:
· Supervision of employees
· Ensure production targets are met.
· Ensure optimum production processes.
· Comply to all applicable legislation
· Maintain staff compliment
experience in fmcg/chicken industry/abattoir
Requirements:
· At least 2-5 years Supervisory experience
- Ability and willingness to work varying shifts, overtime, weekends and public holidays.
· Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must have basic problem-solving skills.
- Must be able to perform under pressure.
- Basic people supervision skills.
· Fluent in English and Afrikaans.
· Computer literate
