Senior SAP Workforce/Time Management Consultant is required to join the Workforce Operations Management line of business within ADAPTIT JHB. Workforce Operations Management deals with all aspects of planning, management and confirmation of workforce planning, scheduling and optimization. The core solution at the heart of our Workforce Operations Management solutions is SAP HCM. In particular, SAP HCM Time Management.

- Absence Quotas
- Time Managers Workplace
- Shift Planning
- Clock Capture and Processing
- ESS configuration for Time Management
The candidate must be able to demonstrate strong, client facing, consulting skills. In particular they must be comfortable leading and advising clients throughout the full lifecycle of an implementation. This must be supported by strong presentation, written and verbal communication skills with the ability to manage themselves and others on client facing projects.
The candidate should also have relevant experience in at least one other module in SAP HCM with Organisation Management and Personnel Administration being an assumed skill. E.g. Payroll, Recruitment, Talent Management etc.
The candidate should have an excellent knowledge of HCM processes,.
Minimum Qualification and Experience Requirements
The suitable consultant must have completed at least 6 full SAP HCM Time Management implementation cycles with 6 to 10 years of SAP implementation experience. The candidate must have deep and comprehensive design/implementation knowledge in the following areas of SAP Time Management
