My client in the property industry is seeking to employ an experienced Sectional Title Portfolio Manager to join their team
Qualifications, knowledge and experience:
Grade 12 numeracy and literacy
1-2y working experience within any admin/management capacity advantageous
Knowledge/ experience in the property industry advantageous
Financial understanding: knowledge of debtors and creditors
English and Afrikaans – fully bilingual, verbal and written
Knowledge of Sectional Title Act and how to apply it to owner queries
Knowledge of insurance processes related to the industry
Knowledge of how to apply relevant processes and develop/ manage client relationships
Valid driver’s licence and access to own reliable transport
Competencies:
Very strong analytical and administration skills
Ability to manage own time and handle pressure of conflicting priorities
Confidence to run/ manage meetings professionally
Ability to make presentations (explain financial statements)
Knowledge of sectional title/ professional jargon and ability to transfer knowledge into layman’s terms
Assertive, professional communication skills
Ability to handle difficult customers and manage client complaints in a patient, calm and neutral manner (written and verbal)
Computer literate (Word, Excel, Outlook, Pastel, online banking)
Service orientation and willingness to go the extra mile
Accuracy and attention to detail
Ability to work proactively and independently
Ability to solve problems using own initiative
Resilient and positive approach to developing and managing ongoing client relationships, internally and externally
Team player, willing to pool knowledge and resources to achieve team objectives
Strong sense of ownership and taking tasks to completion
Remuneration – R 15 – 18 500 Depending on experience
