Our client, a well-established packaging company, is seeking to employ a Commercial Intern to join their team. The successful applicant will be responsible for the following outputs: Internal processes Assisting with establishing financial goals and objectives Assisting in establishing the Annual Operating Budget Keeping stock to a minimum and ensuring stockouts Ensuring that price tables are up to date Monitoring price movement and compiling reports Maintain record and understanding of raw material pricing Ensure all price increases are issued timeously Checking orders for local material and packaging and ensuring correct pricing Overseeing the monthly management accounts and year-end audit Finance Assisting with forecasting models as per budget Analysing income statements for anomalies Preparation of monthly reports needed for publication of an income statement Commercial Preparation of tenders Preparing and analysing reports Work closely with the internal ERP (SAP) team Maintenance of master data Sales Administration of key clients
