Our renowned client, who specializes in automotive lubricants, is currently seeking and experienced Internal Telesales Agent to join their team in New Germany, Durban.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Receiving Telephonic and Email Orders.
- Provide Customers with expert product information and support.
- Liaising and working closely with dispatch regarding deliveries.
- Invoicing and following up on quotations.
- Stock Taking, accurate record keeping of pricing and back orders.
- Calling existing and potential customers to encourage them to purchase company products.
- Accurately recording details of customers’ purchase orders.
- Processing all customer purchases accordingly.
- Generating promising leads.
- Managing customer accounts by ensuring that existing customers remain satisfied with company products and services.
- Developing and sustaining customer confidence
- Developing in-depth knowledge of customer products and services to make suitable recommendations based on customers' needs and preferences.
- Continually meeting or exceeding daily and monthly sales targets.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Matric
- Sales & Marketing Degree or Diploma will be preferred
- Proven Track Record in Sales with 3 – 5-year experience in a similar role.
- Previous experience working in the automotive industry.
- Contactable References.
- 3 – 5 years’ experience using Pastel software.
