This position is a newly created role, a great opportunity for Inexperienced Call Centre / Customer Services Agents to join a dynamic company full training will be provided. The successful candidate will be responsible for answering and directing telephone calls as well as receiving and directing visitors?
Duties:
- Cancelling and retaining customer orders
- Liaising with external parties via phone and email
- Working closely with internal teams ensuring customer receive a smooth service
- System administration, ensuring to enter details accurately and cancel customer orders correctly
- Keeping other teams updated on any cancelled orders
- Dealing with customer over the phone, providing a professional service
- Assisting with administration where required
The suitable candidate:
- Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate on all levels
- Professional telephone manner
- Team player
- Strong organisational skills
- Good time management
- Ability to work well under pressure
- No Experience required
