As a customer-centric role, the Loyalty Manager will act as the custodian of the loyalty portfolio and put the customer at the center of the company’s brand engagement and growth strategies. This position is responsible for both optimising the company’s current loyalty program for existing customers and creating value for potential consumers by developing, implementing and managing new initiatives (including customer acquisition, engagement, loyalty and retention programs).

This position is also responsible for evolving and executing loyalty strategy, developing 360 loyalty marketing plans inclusive of necessary incentives, partnerships, and messages to drive purchase frequency. Together with this, the Loyalty Manager will build a member base by developing a customer acquisition plan and creating, optimising, and evolving retention strategies to retain, grow, and strengthen the customer base.

3-6 YEARS PROVEN EXPERIENCE having worked as a Loyalty or Campaign Manager is essential. This team is looking for someone who is a team player with a solution-oriented outlook and who has the ability to build solid relationships, collaborate and influence team members. This person must have some understanding of marketing and measures of performance and also be an excellent writer and know how to use Google Docs effectively.
