The successful candidate will lead the ongoing development of salesforce.com deployment, so you must have a record of success in improving processes and adoption using the Force.com platform.
Experience of working closely with functional leaders, organizational units, and subject matter experts is critical. You will be responsible for helping to identify develop and deploy new business processes including: CIC and Sales functions; the further roll out of the Marketing functions and our core program business processes.
The successful candidate will be part project manager, part administrator and part Salesforce analyst/developer.
There is management of the CRM platform also required, so you must be technically strong, with proven ability of doing this.
Degree - BComm, BSc, BEng, MSc, BCa, MCa
