As the Customer Relationship Manager, you are responsible for delivering a high-quality customer experience for the brand. You will communicate customer behavioral trends to other departments, organize and motivate the customer agents and manage the subscribers’ base growth and revenues
Experiences & required competencies:
• Proven experience as a Customer Relations Manager or Relationship Manager.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
• Background in customer service; mobile industry knowledge is a plus.
• Experience tracking relevant KPIs (e.g. customer satisfaction).
• Proficient in MS Office, with working knowledge of CRM platforms (Braze, Everlytics, Firebase, MailChimp etc.) and data/analytics to utilize data to make product decisions, set priorities, and measure success.
• A customer-oriented attitude.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
