You will partner with their clients to understand their talent requirements within the context of their business model and strategic objectives, allowing you to provide local market insights into the availability and quality of talent.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 5+ Years' Agency Recruitment environment experience within an Executive Search Consultant or Talent Mapping capacity.
- University Degree is of added advantage.
- Proof of billings and placement schedules.
- Executive/boardroom-level professionalism and communication skills.
- Valid Drivers License & own vehicle.
